The 1970-71 NHL Season was an exciting one.  It was bittersweet for the Boston Bruins as Phil Esposito, Bobby Orr and John Bucyk torched the league as Espo scored 76 goals on the year an assisted on 76.  Bobby Orr put up 139 points and was a +124!  The Rangers weren't far behind the Bruins relying on Ed Giacomin and Gilles Villemure between the pipes and a good defence.  In the end, however, the show was stolen by a young Ken Dryden who took over for the Habs in net and led them to a Stanley Cup.  Relive the exciting 1970-71 NHL season with Rinkside Hockey.
